Different days deliver a different approach to strength and conditioning while staying focused on delivering well-rounded and challenging workouts every time. Our trainers can modify any workout as needed. 

 

Strength - Weight Training 

Mondays
5:30am – 6:30am

9:30am - 10:30am (childcare available)

Full body strength training with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Strength - Bodyweight

Wednesdays
5:30am – 6:30pm

9:30am - 10:30am (childcare available)

We incorporate cardio intervals between strength exercises using suspension trainers, ropes and bands to help you build leaner muscles and protect you from injury. 

Conditioning 

Fridays
5:30am – 6:30pm

9:30am - 10:30am (childcare available)

Conditioning using plyometrics, bodyweight cardio movements, weights, ropes and more.  Focus on core, hitting front, back, cross slings and glutes. 

 

Strength - Weight Training

Tuesday
8:00pm – 8:45pm

Intensive upper body workout using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.  Grow muscle and build endurance with effective training to make the most of your time.

Conditioning

Wednesdays
8:00pm - 8:45pm

Saturday
8:00am – 9:00am

Conditioning using weights, ropes, plyometrics, bodyweight cardio movements and more. 

Strength 

Thursday
8:00pm – 8:45pm

Intensive lower body workout using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.  Grow muscle and build endurance with effective training to make the most of your time.
