Nancy has taught group fitness for years as well as yoga, core training and elderly fitness. Nancy is a former pole vaulter who has found that a balance of core training, flexibility and strength training has a tremendous effect on quality of life. She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Josh is a former cancer survivor who has experienced weakness from sickness. After recovering from a bone marrow transplant and multiple bouts of chemo. A love of sports, specifically wrestling and weightlifting helped teach him how strength training can greatly affect self confidence. Having experienced weakness and sickness, and then experiencing strenghgrandfather introduced weightlifting to him at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
