Nancy has been teaching group fitness and personal training for over ten years.  She is a talented and positive motivator with a heavy focus on form.  Nancy has earned over a dozen certifications with focuses in group barbell, combat, core, indoor cycling and yoga, to name a few. She believes that fitness is one of the greatest catalysts for positive change we can have in our lives and brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Josh is a former cancer survivor who has experienced weakness from sickness. After recovering from a bone marrow transplant and multiple bouts of chemo. A love of sports, specifically wrestling and weightlifting helped teach him how strength training can greatly affect self confidence. Having experienced weakness and sickness, and then experiencing strenghgrandfather introduced weightlifting to him at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
