Nancy has been teaching group fitness and personal training for over ten years.  She is a talented and positive motivator with a heavy focus on form.  Nancy has earned over a dozen certifications with focuses in group barbell, combat, core, indoor cycling and yoga, to name a few. She believes that fitness is one of the greatest catalysts for positive change we can have in our lives and brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Josh is a former cancer survivor who has experienced weakness and sickness. After recovering from a bone marrow transplant and multiple bouts of chemo. A love of sports, specifically wrestling and weightlifting helped teach him how strength training can greatly affect self confidence.
