Your Membership

Your membership with StreCon includes a journal to track your workouts and goals, access to a nutrition blog and support from an online community through facebook and twitter. All workouts will be challenging. The trainer will provide instruction on how to safely complete the workout, how to execute each movement and what kind of benefits we get from the workouts. We are not a big box gym, our classes are small and each individual gets the attention needed. 


Your Trainers

The Trainers will motivate you and will teach you. Each Trainer has been certified through a reputable agency. they will guide you on the path to success. Stay in touch with your trainers though social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, instagram and through our integrated app.


Your Results

We will make sure you are reaching your results. You will be able to see you results in the mirror, in the book and in the studio. when performance is measured, performance improves. We want everyone to see the results and benefits of your hard work and dedication.

Your Workouts

Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Ropes, Barbells, Dumbbells, etc. We use a variety of different training equipment to get you strong and conditioned. The workouts will include a weight movement, a bodyweight movement, a cardio movement or a combination of all three. The workouts will focus on our energy systems. You will have a variety of classes to choose from that are specifically designed to bring you closer to your goals.

Your Goals

Set Goals with a trainer. Write down your goals with your trainer. Your trainer will help you set a program for your nutrition, training and recovery.
